Smoke Zapper Wins Prestigious Kitchen Innovations Award at the NRA Show
The Smoke Zapper, our pollution control system for wood/coal fired pizza ovens, has won the the 2014 Kitchen Innovations Award
at the National Restaurant Association Show held in the McCormick Place of Chicago.
The Kitchen Innovations Award celebrates and exhibits only a handful of the most revolutionary and cutting-edge technology available.
Our KI booth will be located at the central Kitchen Innovations Pavilion at the National Restaurant Association Show, the largest single
gathering of restaurant, foodservice and lodging professionals.
We are pleased that our clean air technology has been recognized as one of the most innovative systems of the year, and we strive
to continue our track record of revolutionizing the pollution control industry in terms of air quality, fire safety and ease of use.
