Reducing smoke and odor from dual wood fired pizza ovens in the heart of the Manhattan Financial District

About this Project
Kesté Pizza is a renowned Neapolitan pizzeria located in Manhattan’s financial district. Their menu features a variety of classic and innovative wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas, baked in their two Neapolitan brick ovens. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of a mixed residential/office tower, with a variety of other high rise buildings immediately adjacent.
Smoki® USA provided a Smoke Zapper 300 unit to filter the wood-fired emissions from the two pizza ovens. Both pizza ovens are connected into a single duct line that connects to the Smoke Zapper 300. This provides an added efficiency in ducting material.
There have been no recorded complaints due to smoke or odor since the installation of the Smoke Zapper 300.
