About this Project
The use of both a large grill and two brick pizza ovens posed an issue in terms of the odor and smoke nuisance for their hotel clientele and high-rise neighbors.
After installation of the units, the restaurant was surveyed by the NYC DEP. The NYC DEP considered the emissions to no longer pose a nuisance and the case was closed.
